Litchi
Lychee is the fruit of an evergreen tree whose lifespan is up to 200 years. It grows in clusters in countries of the subtropical zone. It comes from Asia, China and Indochina.
Aroma: The aroma profile of the lychee is close to that of a very juicy grape, with a delicate taste that is watery, slightly pink and slightly sweet. The fruit has a sweet aroma with aquatic undertones that is known as a delicious plum and is the only representative of the lychee genus in the soap family. The fruits are edible, excellent when known under the name of Chinese lychee.
