Happy Gift4u.com uses Australia Post's eParcel service to deliver products throughout Australia. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia. All products are packed and dispatched from our Gold Coast hub by 3pm every day.

Due to the flammability of perfume, it is classified as dangerous goods and must therefore be transported by road. Perfume CANNOT be sent by express mail.

Below is JUST A GUIDE to delivery times for each state in Australia as recommended by Australia Post. These instructions are APPROXIMATE and may vary depending on shipment volume and local weather conditions. Please note that these deadlines start the day after dispatch from our warehouse once your package is on its way with Australia Post.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging. During peak periods of high order volume, if an additional 1-2 business days may be required. We will inform you about the dispatch of your order by email.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send the package to your office or somewhere that someone will receive it between 9:00am and 5:00pm, as a signature is required on delivery. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your package, a card will be left for you and your package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. If you would like your package to be left in a safe place when no one is home to sign for it, please indicate this when placing your order. Australia Post may also contact you prior to delivery and offer you the option of securely storing your parcel in a secure location at your delivery address. Please note that HappyGift4u.com takes no responsibility for shipments that are delivered without a signature.

It is very important that you provide the correct and full address for delivery of your shipment, including company name and office/building number if applicable and at least one contact telephone number. We are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to incomplete delivery details where Australia Post has been unable to find the correct delivery address. Parcels that need to be resent will be charged if delivery addresses are incomplete or if they are not collected at the post office and returned to our Gold Coast warehouse. There will be a return to sender fee of $12.00 and an additional shipping fee of a minimum of $10.40 to repackage and resend the package.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that the number may not be traceable for up to 24 hours after sending.

If you have special delivery instructions, please remember to mark them if necessary on the delivery details page when checking out.
