Lemon

A lemon is the fruit of the lemon tree (Citrus), a hybrid tree species from the citrus family. The fruits of lemons are called hesperidia and are egg-shaped, the size of a hen's egg or smaller. A lemon is slightly larger than a lime. They can range from dark to light green to yellow and have a distinctly sour taste.
