USE:
✅The fleshy red calyces of Hibiscus sabdariffa have a sour taste and are used as a snack, food and medicine.
✅Cold or warm drinks (karkade, Agua de Jamaica) or syrups are prepared from it, which contain a large amount of minerals and vitamins, including vitamin C.
✅Hibiscus tea has antioxidant, disinfectant and anti-inflammatory effects, reduces sweating, prevents the deposition of fat in the arteries, helps reduce excess weight and stimulates memory.
