Cream

CREAM is a type of cream that is whipped from whipping cream. It must have at least 30 percent milk fat. Whipped cream is whipped with a whisk, whisk or created in a special container by gas pressure. It is light, semi-rigid and fluffy.

It is often sweetened and flavoured. For this, powdered sugar is used, which thickens the whipped cream. Most often, whipped cream is flavoured with vanilla. The cream is created due to the high fat content, when it is possible to mix the cream with air. The resulting product increases its volume, air is trapped in the fat droplets. If the churning continued further, the fat droplets would combine to form butter.
