Corriander

CORIANDER is an annual herb growing 20-60 cm tall. It has a distinct rhizome, leaves are light to dark green. Coriander blooms with white or pale pink flowers in June and July. The fruits are light brown. The object of collection is the leaf and the fruit, in Southeast Asia the root.

Occurrence: The plant comes from the eastern Mediterranean. Today, coriander is widespread in southern Europe, Africa, Asia and is very popular in China, Thailand, but also in South America.
