Yuzu

Although yuzu is a very bitter fruit with a little juice and a lot of pulp and seeds, it is rightly called a "super-citrus" due to its composition and effects.

The origin of yuzu is Korea or Tibet, but it has its permanent place mainly in Japanese cuisine, it is said sometimes called "Japanese lemon". Its taste is most similar to grapefruit. But don't expect a juicy pulp that you will munch on as a snack. The flesh of yuzu is rather dry and contains many seeds. If we want to taste yuzu, we have to rely on yuzu products. And not all of them will provide the body with a real vitamin "seed".
