Sichuan Pepper
Sichuan pepper comes from China, it is one of the oldest Chinese spices. It is not true pepper, but capsules of a shrub called yellow pepper.
Coloured pepper is part of the mixture. The taste and smell is burning, but not as sharp as black pepper,
it is distinctly earthy with a citrus scent, where this pepper is often added to perfumes.
USE:

✅It is mainly used in Chinese, Indian and Japanese cuisine. Before adding it to the dish, it is advisable to gently fry it dry for 1-2 minutes.
