Olive Tree

The olive tree (Olea europaea) is an evergreen tree from the olive family (Oleaceae). It is famous for its olives. The olive tree, also known as the "healthy tree", originally came from North Africa, but today almost all of the world's olive production comes from the Mediterranean. It has a spicy woody scent with a green undertone

USE:

✅ In cosmetics and perfumery, cold-pressed oil or extracts from leaves or flowers are most often used.

✅Olives (and the oil obtained from them) are rich in vitamins A, E and K, omega-3 fatty acids and oleic acid.

✅Despite the fact that olive oil has a light consistency and is quickly absorbed, it also strongly lubricates and increases blood circulation. It is most suitable for extremely dry cracked skin with a tendency to flaking, but also suitable for children's, sensitive, irritated skin.

✅Olive oil is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and slightly antimicrobial. With its composition and effects, it provides the skin with intensive care, protects against the effects of free radicals, keeps it in a youthful state, increases its elasticity and strengthens the tissue, which is then more resistant to skin damage (stretch marks, scars). It also helps heal minor wounds and acne.

✅Olive leaves have antibacterial, antiviral (also fights against the HIV virus), antifungal, antimicrobial and antitumor effects, relieve pain, increase concentration and brain function.

✅Internal use of the oil and leaves (in the form of teas) lowers cholesterol and blood sugar, lowers blood pressure, prevents osteoporosis and can have a mild laxative effect.
