Ambroxan

Ambroxan - widely known under the trade name Ambroxide, is a naturally occurring terpenoid and one of the key components responsible for the smell of amber.

 It has a dry amber musk scent. As whale populations shrink and shrink, a synthetic alternative has been found.

Aroma: Ambroxan is a principal active ingredient of Ambergris and smells sweet with hints of caramel and tobacco. It is used in accord with musk and animalic notes.

USE: 

✅A small amount is used as a flavoring in food.

✅Ambroxan is basically a synthetic amber substitute used in perfumery as a fixative.
